As I write this at 11:30am on Friday, a Black Bear is walking around the camp sites.
I have just spoken to Rustic, who have had to hand pick chocolate easter eggs and cinnamon buns and foodstuffs etc. out of the cardboard drop area and put it into the yet again unlocked garbage can.
We are continuously asking all shareholders and their guests to be mindful of waste disposal. This is now getting silly. We run the serious risk of damage to property and injury to persons.
So you know if you have been up there recently and whether you have allowed guests or renters.
The Board was asked a couple of months ago to install a camera to monitor this area and decided against what some may think is a big brother attitude. However, please note that if we do not see an improvement in this most basic of housekeeping services we will look to other options.
Renters and Guests observed not following our rules will be asked to leave the resort premises immediately.
